Who we are
RAVIM is an AI consulting and software implementation firm. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through ravim.in .

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. The website has a single contact form, and it asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Optionally, the service you are interested in and your timeline
- The message you write
When the form is submitted, our server also records the sending IP address. It is included in the notification email and used briefly to rate-limit repeat submissions.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Nothing follows you across other websites.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers. That request carries your IP address and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work for you. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Enquiries arrive in a mailbox hosted by Hostinger, our web and email host, who process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained while there is a live conversation or an ongoing business relationship, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Rate-limiting records are automatically discarded after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to connect@ravim.in and we will respond within one month.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry emails are sent over an authenticated, encrypted connection to our mail provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store enquiry data anywhere other than the destination mailbox.
